Paint me pink!!

My week has been routine lately - work, paint, sleep, work, paint, sleep.


That's all that i have been doing and many things has been sacrificed. For example, my sleep. Not that im a sleeper and all.long And its finally taking its toll on me. I feel that im gona burn out soon. With all the Hari Raya preparations going on at home. ( Luckily im working, so no need to help make Kueh!! heh heh )


So back to painting the room. My room is so gonna be filled with purple and pink stripes. And with some drawings and words too.

Maybe im overly ambitious, and i've only painted once, but painting stripes is okay no? For a first timer?


Anyway, sis is a little cuckoo up in the head. She wanted to paint Winnie the Pooh and gang on her side of the wall. I mean, wth. We're in our teens. Late teens to be exact and she wants to paint Pooh??!! The theme for my room is rock princess, not some Disney channel cartoon or whatever. SheEsh.


I started drawing on the walls yesterday only to be told by dad that my drawings were ugly. Which is true since it was slipshod. So daddy actually made all the measurements and drawings for me since he realise that im such a ass at this. haha


I bought all the painting equipments and 6 cans of paint, and realised that this month, i have already spent over a thousand bucks. It started off with that purple adidas shoe and from then onwards, my thirst for shopping just snowballed. I mean, i dun really mind spending that much money but the folks thinks that im wasting too much money on unneccessary items. I mean, mummy, you know that in 3 years time, i'll be getting my insurance payroll right? So whatever money i spent now can be claimed back later no? I mean, the insurances will be worth thousands right? And i can use it for my lavish wedding then. Heh.


hmm...two weeks more to Raya and im still not done. Ouh, and school will start on the first week of Raya. How cool is that?
