I <3 photography!
So I've sent 10 of my best pictures to the competition. Contrary to popular belief (like real only!), i so do not have million and one drool worthy pictures even though i am always running around with my camera. The pictures i have are mostly event-types of pictures. So choosing the 10 best pictures were kind of hard.
Mother said my luck comes in lumps. I think so too. I was tasked to be the photographer for this particular wedding, but alas! i know nought. Especially about the studio-studio-whatever-thingy.
Knew that one way or the other, i was in trouble. Oh, and let us not talk about all the studio equipments that i so do not own and don't know where to find.
So anyway, while i was fretting about my lack of skills, i received a mail from *ahem* NP Photography Club (the loser club) asking whether i would be interested in receiving training for Studio Photography. I was eager to accept at first but after thinking about how disorganised that club is, my heart decided to give it a pass but my brain told my hands to accept.
So voila! I am now a wedding photographer-in-training.

And you know what the best part is? The best part is even though i cannot afford to own a handful of powerful lenses, and the fact that i have this lecturer who always diss my "lousy lens" and boast about the variety of lenses and cameras that he owns (he even diss my digital camera la! ), at the end of the day, i know that in the circle of high and mighty photographers that i know, none of them have the chance to be a wedding photographer.
Who says the rich always get everything?
nyahaha~
